Our Professional Services allow you to draw on the experience of our senior engineering staff and engage them to consult on and analyse your business mobility requirements. Following analysis they will then design an appropriate solution focused on addressing the needs of your organisation.

This consultation and design process leads to the delivery of a comprehensive business requirements document outlining the solution design and project delivery timeline. This process also reduces the risk involved in the purchase of custom solutions by providing an acceptance point prior to the commencement of the application development process.

Training Services

Training Services provide your business with the skills needed to effectively develop on or manage Bright Software products internally. A range of pre-defined courses ranging from 1 - 5 days in duration are available or alternatively, customised training programmes can be developed, depending on the existing skill set within your business.

Solution Support Services

Support Services are available for deployed business mobility solutions. Customers simply draw down on pre-purchased hours as required for Level 2 & 3 support requests on delivered solutions.

Bright Software understands the need for some businesses to be provided with customised support offerings up to and including a full managed service, backed by strict SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Where this facility is required, we will happily work with you and engage our business partners, where required, to design an appropriate custom support contract to meet your requirements.

Developer Support Services

Developer Support packages, purchased on an annual basis, provide phone and/or email based support for nominated developers / power users directly from the Bright Software Engineering team. These packages can be used for all technical and developer enquiries, as they pertain to Bright Software products. 

Provides Next Business Day support for technical & developer enquiries by phone and/or email on Bright Software products for 1 x nominated person. 
Provides email only support within 3 business days to technical and developer enquiries on Bright Software products for 1 x nominated person. 
Provides email only support within 5 business days for technical and developer enquiries on Bright Software products for 1 x nominated person.
