Mobile workers exist at many different levels, whether involved for example, in sales, service, asset management, logistics, inspections, or even mobile executives. Generally, when out of the office, mobile workers revert to manual processes in order to capture, retrieve, or manage data (e.g. paper forms / notes and phone calls). Mobile email has addressed this problem to some degree, particularly for executives.
